Refund Policy for Performers Dance Wear

Thank you for choosing Performers Dance Wear. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Refund Policy below for details on returns and refunds.

  1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility: We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging and tags.

1.2. Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including tights and underwear products. Hair accessories and jewellery is also NON returnable. Personalised garments are also non returnable.

2.1. Initiation: To initiate a return, please use the return request facility on our website. Once is received we will ether review and once is approve you will need to return within 14 days of your original purchase date. 

2.2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any returns must be sent by recorded signed for post.

2.3. Packaging: Please package your item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

3.1. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. Refund Amount: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of the returned item, minus any applicable return shipping fees. We do not charge restocking fees.

3.3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
